Escape to our deluxe 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Beach Front Villa overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at South Seas Resort just steps away from the white sandy beach. This newly decorated 2 bedroom beach villa can accommodate a family of up to six comfortably. Relax and enjoy the magnificent ocean views, gorgeous sunsets, and natural beauty of Captiva Island’s miles of unspoiled beaches. Our villa is situated in the peaceful surroundings of the world famous South Seas Resort, located at the secluded tip of the island.

LIVING ROOM

The décor reflects a casual, relaxed, island atmosphere. The living room has three sliding glass doors that open to the lanai with a panoramic view of the beach and Gulf. The sofa opens up for use as a queen sleeper. There is cable TV, a DVD/VCR, and a stereo CD player for your entertainment pleasure.

DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all of your dining needs. It features all appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and blender. Dining choices include the dining room or the screened, furnished lanai overlooking the Gulf.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, remote cable TV, closet with iron, and a ceiling fan. A private, full bath is located off the master bedroom.
